Join us for a soothing evening Reiki Sound Bath held on the Saturdays closest to the New & Full Moons at Blue Dragon Hot Yoga in Seaview.

Time: 6:00–7:30 pm • Facilitators: Simona Alladio & Gabriel Beeson • Contribution: $25 donation

What to expect:

• ●Reiki & Healing Touch to clear blockages and restore balance
• ●Sound healing with crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute, and medicine drum
• ●Song, mantra, and chant to deepen the practice
• ●Relax in savasana as vibrations calm the nervous system and promote well-being
